My name is Yolanda Skelton, LMSW, LCSW owner of Evolving U Counseling Services, with over 10 years of experience helping individuals navigate life’s challenges. I offer both virtual and in-person therapy to create a personalized and supportive counseling experience.

Evolving U Counseling Services provides support for adults, children, individuals, couples, families, and groups. I am passionate about helping clients gain clarity, find solutions, and better understand the root of the struggles they face.

My sessions may include practicing techniques together such as mindfulness, calming strategies, guided meditation, and other tools that support emotional balance and self-awareness. My role is to guide you in exploring your inner thoughts while helping you learn how to manage them in healthier ways.
